Good morning everyone and welcome to another Waiting-On-Wednesday here on ATIB. This is a weekly posted created by Breaking The Spine and continued with Can’t Wait Wednesday at Wishful Endings.. It is great an opportunity to share a title that you are eagerly waiting to be released and hype yourself and potentially other for its arrival!
Now as usual I am behind and A Song Of Isolation was released on e-book on the 17th of July (so go get it now!) but the physical edition isn’t out until September so it still counts, I think… Anyway I had been away from blogging for a while so I thought I would pop on the laptop and see what new releases are coming up soon and on my first stop I found out there is a new Michael J Malone book out soon and of course I got a bit over-excited and came straight here to share that joy. For people who have already read MJM’s books, you totally get it. Those who haven’t, you clear your day and catch up with all of his work immediately.
I can’t wait to get back into Michael J Malone’s work. He is as real as it gets and he has quickly become one of my most recommended authors on my blog for his hard hitting novels. Be excited about A Song Of Isolation. I definitely am!

About A Song Of Isolation
Film star Amelie Hart is the darling of the silver screen, appearing on the front pages of every newspaper. But at the peak of her fame she throws it all away for a regular guy with an ordinary job. The gossip columns are aghast: what happened to the woman who turned heads wherever she went?
Any hope the furore will die down are crushed when Amelie’s boyfriend Dave is arrested on charges of child sexual abuse. Dave strongly asserts his innocence, and when Amelie refuses to denounce him, the press witch hunt quickly turns into physical violence, and she has to flee the country.
While Dave is locked up with the most depraved men in the country and Amelie is hiding on the continent, Damaris, the victim at the centre of the story, is isolated – a child trying to make sense of an adult world.
Breathtakingly brutal, dark and immensely moving, A Song of Isolation looks beneath the magpie glimmer of celebrity to uncover a sinister world dominated by greed and lies, and the unfathomable destruction of innocent lives … in an instant.
