Waiting-On-Wednesday
Good morning everyone and welcome to another Waiting-On-Wednesday here on ATIB. This is a weekly posted created by Breaking The Spine. It is just an opportunity to share a title that you are eagerly waiting to be released. I am always tired! But that is mostly a symptom of being a full time worker/dad of two. I do often wonder what it would take to feel a tad more upbeat some days and luckily for me Andrea Owen has written a book that may help. How To Stop Feeling Like Sh*t looks like it could be a great read that will straighten out my perspective on my own well being. I look forward to picking it up!

About How To Stop Feeling Like Sh*t
It’s time to stop self-sabotaging and start living your best life.
How to Stop Feeling Like Sh*t is a straight-shooting approach to self-improvement for women, one that offers no-crap truth-telling about the most common self-destructive behaviours women tend to engage in.
From listening to the imposter complex and bitchy inner critic to catastrophizing and people-pleasing, Andrea Owen–a nationally sought-after life coach– crystallizes what’s behind these invisible, undermining habits. With each chapter, she offers practical advice and kicks women’s gears out of autopilot and empowers them to create happier, more fulfilling lives.
Powerfully on-the-mark, the chapters are short and digestible, nicely bypassing weighty examinations in favour of punch-points of awareness.

Thank you for popping in to check out my latest Waiting On Wednesday post showcasing How To Stop Feeling Like Sh*t by Andrea Owen. I need to read more books like this as I could do with all the help I can get these days. Kids are great but they leave you exhausted. I feel like I could make a few better decisions about life when it comes to my own well being and I hope Andrea has some useful advice for me. What do you think about my choice this week? Is this something you would read?
Hah this sounds like a book I could benefit from reading
